Change of Address/Redirect Shipment Guidelines
Staying on Track: Seamless Solutions for Address Changes & Shipment Redirects
Sometimes, customers need to change the delivery address of an order—maybe the address was entered incorrectly, or it’s being sent to an old location. Here’s how we can help, depending on the status of your order and the carrier:
If the Order Hasn’t Shipped Yet
You can make changes to the address or shipping method yourself in Deliverzen, as long as the order does not have a "Fulfilled" status. Here’s how:
- Log in to your Deliverzen account.
- Navigate to the Order Details page for the order you’d like to update.
- Click on the blue highlighted address to edit it.
- Make your changes and click Update to save.

DHL eCommerce Shipments:
- Address changes are not possible once the shipping label has been created.
USPS Shipments
If you need to intercept a USPS shipment, contact your Customer Service Representative to request a Package Intercept.
- A service fee of at least $18.35 applies.
DHL Express, FedEx, or UPS Shipments:
- Contact your Customer Service Representative to check if the shipment is still early enough to change the address.
- They’ll work with the carrier to submit a Redirect Authorization (for DHL Express) or request a change (for FedEx/UPS).
Important Notes:
- Address changes are not guaranteed once the order has shipped, as it depends on the carrier’s policies and the shipment’s progress.
- If the order is already out for delivery, it’s too late to make changes.
