Track your order's journey from creation to Ship

 

1) Timeline Stages    

Throughout the order’s journey—from when our warehouse receives it until it’s shipped—the timeline will update to reflect its current status. The information displayed will change based on the order's progress. Below is an explanation of what each stage on the timeline represents.

 

Unfulfilled- This is the initial stage displayed within the order and will show the date the order is imported into or manually created in the Deliverzen platform.

Customer Status- This indicates that the order has been Submitted for Fulfillment and is in the fulfillment queue; it will be picked and packed shortly depends on SLA it falls under.

Fulfilled- This indicates that the order has been picked and pack and now waiting for the carrier to pick up the shipment.

 

 

FAQ

 

I don’t see the timeline on my order; why?

  • Order’s will only display the timeline once they have been submitted for fulfillment, and orders utilizing one of the following shipping methods will not display the order timeline:

Provide Weight and Dimensions

Provide Shipping Quote

Pickup at Deliverzen 

Custom Shipping Label

LTL (choose cheapest carrier)


My order appears to be ‘stuck’; what can I do?
